INVITATION FOR TENDER

CONTRACT NAME: MAS SWAG CLOTHING CONTRACT NUMBER: 202502

MAS Swag Clothing Printing Tender details: 
- T-shirts and hoodies etc that celebrate Massey Fair Items will be sold at the Massey Fair 2025.
- Items should be generic so they can be sold in subsequent years 100 items total in a variety of sizes, colours, styles.
- Items must be ready by August 10, 2025 Items must include the MAS logo (will be provided) and/or the words Massey Fair.
- We are looking for creative, fun, and family friendly items. 
- Depending on the success of the items, MAS may reorder to maintain stock

You are invited to tender for the above-mentioned work. MAS reserves the right to provide feedback on Swag items and to provide t-shirts etc if they can be sourced at a lower cost.

Tenders must be received by the Massey Agricultural Society no later than June 10, 2025 and must include the cost per item and any other charges.
