The Parade leaves the
Massey & District Arena
at 10:00am on

PARADE ROUTE
The parade will leave the Massey arena, travel along Government Road to Imperial Street then follow Imperial Street north to the Victoria Street. It will turn west onto Victoria Street and disband at the corner of Montreal Street.

OPEN PARADE CATEGORIES AND PRIZES
1. Group or Business Float - 1st $100  |  2nd $75  |  3rd $50
2. Horse Hitch  - 1st  $50  |  2nd  $30  |  3rd  $20
3. Horse and rider  -  1st $25  |  2nd $20  |  3rd $15
4. Vehicle (includes cars, trucks, tractors, motorcycles, ATVs etc)  -  1st $25  |  2nd $20  |  3rd $15
5. Adult in costume - walking or on bike  -  1st $25  |  2nd $20  |  3rd $15
6. Decorated Wagon, Stroller, or Wheelbarrow with passenger  -  1st $25  |  2nd $20  |  3rd $15

CHILDREN'S CATEGORIES AND PRIZES (12 yrs and under)

JUDGING
All entries will be judged on the following criteria:
- Conveying of the theme
- Originality
- Construction
- Overall Appearance

Prizes will only be given to participants conveying the fair theme.
