All information collected by the Massey Agricultural Society regarding members, participants, exhibitors, sponsors, directors and any other persons related directly to the business of MAS will be solely used for the purpose of promotion of the Massey Fair and for the maintenance of their files and database. Any member, exhibitor, sponsors or director realizes that when they agree to take part in the Massey Fair their names and photos may be published for these reasons only.
